Personality: Ethan is a street smart and college educated agent. He is friendly if he likes the person or he can be really mean if he dislikes the person. Ethan is very talkative. Some of Ethan's hobbies are Computers, chasing women, fishing, baseball, reading, working out and video games. Although Ethan is best at computers where he can hack, make websites, make programs, and a lot more. Ethan's goals ever since he was 15 was become a NCIS Agent. He is also trained to kill by his father that was in the Marines. He once considered joining the US army but he learned that college education is more important.

History: Born in Delaware. Ethan had a hard time in middle / high school being the constant target of bully's. However Ethan always had a positive attitude. He was a C and B Student in high school. Ethan had little fear in him but had a anger hidden back deep inside of him because of the events of school. In college Ethan fitted in great. He joined a fraternity and became quite popular among the students. Ethan is also very liked by his college professors. He meeted his girlfriend Isabella in college. Ethan has completed college with a 6 year degree in Computer Science and Information and a 4 year degree in Law.

Hanging up the phone he got finished getting ready. He went to his towns post office. He filled out the application yesterday. He went up to the woman in the lobby help desk.
"Hello, can you tell me where i can put this application to NCIS at?"

"OHHHHHHHH Just let me have it and i will mail it out tomorrow.
