Tony walked into the interrogation room. He had Agent Kai leave her in here while he waited. A very good interrogation technique he learned from Gibbs. "Hello Kelsey."

Kelsey waited for one of the Agent's to come in and the interrogating done with and then go home. She then heard one of the Agents come in and when he walked in and greeted her, she then said in a not so kind voice...
"Hello to you too Agent DiNozzo"
On the other side of the Glass, Kai watched as her Boss was about to interrogated Kelsey closely, Kai narrowed her eyes waiting for her boss to start asking questions, she then said to herself
"This is going to be interesting.."

Tony smiled. "So tell me why you have a dead mans watch" he asked not hiding the upset in his voice. He wanted Micheals killer and he wanted that person nw. Anybody could tell the frustration on his face that he had for the past couple of dayss.

Kelsey raised a eyebrow and said
"He gave the watch to me, Why?"
Kai raised an eyebrow and said to herself..
"Oh really, he GAVE it to you, Uh? ha! She's good, very good"

"d**n it" Tony said hitting both of his fist on the table. Tony had been on edge lately. This case was getting way too personal. Micheal was his bestfriend. Tony got up and paced infront of the table trying to calm down.
"Did you see him last night. Cause I sure did. We were at the bar near the theaters drinking some beers catching up. He had the watch on last night. After we had some drinks he walked to the movie theater. So now what do you have to say Miss. Languis" Tony said the anger in his voice rising a little.

Kelsey blinked at the agent in front of her and then she said
"He gave me that watch because he didn't want it anymore."
Kai's eyes widen as she saw her boss snap on Kelsey. She then walked out of the door and knock on the that her boss was in, and open the door and said...
"You need any help in here, boss?"

"Was that the question I asked" he said. He looked at her and shouted "NO it isn't." He sat back down and stared at her. "I asked if you seen him. Did you see him at the movies last night."
He turned to Agent Kai. Tony really didn't want to be disturbed when he was trying to find his bestfriends muderer. "No Agent Kai. I have this."

Kelsey looked like she was going to laugh but held it back, she then said...
"Yes, I saw him and he give me the watch.."
Kai nodded at her head, and then said as she was closing the door.
"Okay if you say so..."

He hated to talk like that to Agent Kai. He hoped she would forgive him. He looked back at Kelsey. "Tell me exactly what happened. Every word, every movement."

Kelsey looked Agent DiNozzo and said
"Well, I was buying my ticket for the movie I was going to see and I turn and ran into and his watch was not on tight enough and it off of his wrist and then he said sorry and said that I coulded keep the watch and then he went to but his ticket and I kept the watch. happy?"
Kelsey then closed her closed eyes and said in her head...
"I should have never taken that d**n watch of his F**KING body!

Tony could tell that she was lying. Six years under Gibbs wing taught him that. He sighed. He would have to get Ziva in here and threatned her. He smiled at the thought. He got up and said "You are free to go Miss Kelsey but you are not allowed to leave town got it."

Kelsey smiled warmly and said..
Thank you, Agent DiNozzo, and I'm not going anywhere soon..
Kelsey then walked out to the Agent caused her to come here in the first place, Kelsey then glared at the agent and walked off...
Kai watched as Kelsey give her a glare and then walked off and Kai said to herself in her head...
"I'm not scared of you Kelsey and you can get over it."
Kai then walked over to the door and lied against the door and said to her boss.
"You okay boss?"

When Kelsey left Tony had put his head on the table. He wished she would have cracked but that just meant they would have to get some evidence. Hopefully Abby could pull some blood and prints off the watch.
"Yes Kai. I am completely fine" he said but really he wasn't. He knew Kelsey was hiding something. He was just so completely frustrated.

Kai walked in and put her hand her boss shoulder and said...
"I...I know how it feels to loss a bestfriend, well some what, I was close of lossing two bestfriends of mine back in Indiana, I was 18 at the time.."
Kai smiled saddly remembering the moments that happened by the second...
"...And in the end I got shot in my right shoulder and the upper part of of my right arm..."
Kai then removed her hand and said as she turn to the door and walked out and then stopped..
"I have never been the same since that happened... I'm sorry that you have lost your bestfriend boss, but life goes on... Ever if we do not like that fact..."
Kai stand there as the name was she thinking of kept repeating in her head over and over again ...

Tony listened to his new agent. He sighed and said "I want you to tail her Kai." Tony knew that she was hiding something.
He got up and grabbed his jacket and started walking. "After you follow her today come back at night to this address" he said as he gave Kai a piece of paper. "We are going to have a stack out." He kept walking to the elevator. He waited to see what Kai would say now.
